As a general pricing guide for in-person sessions, the following normally applies:

1-1 Sessions;

This can be S&C based, sport-specific or a mix of both. This is designed to give you maximal coaching opportunities throughout the session to really maximise your training. Bulk bookings mean discount will be applied.

Group Sessions (up to 6 people);

Based off the above, group sessions are dictated by numbers. For every extra person, a 10% discount would be applied (and rounded down where applicable).

Team Sessions (Up to 22 people);

Please contact us for pricing on team session around timing, facilities and ability range to ensure everyone benefits from the session, and there is as much of an opportunity to coach as possible.
